The Sterope project participated in the BioCircular Summit 2026, held on 28 January in Madrid, presenting its first project poster and engaging with stakeholders from the bioeconomy, circularity and energy innovation communities.
The BioCircular Summit is the only Spanish forum that provides comprehensive, cross-sector insights into the entire biocircularity landscape, with a strong focus on national and EU policy developments, regulatory frameworks (energy, fuels, renewable gases, circular economy, waste), related sectors (agriculture, livestock, forestry and diverse industries), as well as sustainability, positive impact and innovation.
This event offered an excellent opportunity to introduce Sterope’s vision, objectives and technological approach for converting industrial CO₂ into renewable e-fuels, and to connect with key actors working towards Europe’s decarbonisation goals.
